Anyone can help me locate this source?

I saw Father Cekada has written an article defending the validity of Priestly Ordination and Episcopal Consecration of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, and he mentions a quote from Tractatus Canonicus De Sacra Ordinatione of Cardinal Pietro Gasparri, the great authority who drafted the 1917 Codex Iuris Canonicum, in page 4 of his article (linked below).

Quote
“An ordination is invalid if the minister ... as he confers it on someone, makes an act of the will not to ordain that person, because by that very fact he does not have at least the intention of doing what the Church does — indeed, he has a contrary intention.” (P. Gasparri, Tractatus de Sacra Ordinatione [Paris: Del-homme 1893], 1:970.)

Here is his original article:

I have also located the book he mentioned, as seen here:

https://books.google.com/books?id=ZcrnOasCYvMC&printsec=frontcover&source=gbs_ge_summary_r&cad=0#v=onepage&q&f=false

However, there is neither page 970 nor number 970 in this book. I tried to call the SGG a few weeks earlier, but I still have not got an answer. So anyone knows which quote is Father Cekada talking about?

I think it must be mis-cited.  That's a very specific citation, and I don't see any other volumes from the same publisher which organize the paragraphs or pages differently.  I was thinking that on a computer, the 9 is immediately above the 6, so maybe Father over-reached.  But paragraphs/pages in the book don't even go to 670, so that's not much of an explanation.  I think reaching out to them was the right idea.  Hopefully you can get a response!
I wear it for a memorable honor,
For I am Welsh, you know, good countryman.

Check Art I, De Intentione necessaria pro valida ordinatione, p 417

Looks like # 640 on p. 428

The OCR didn't do a great job there.  Best to go look it up.

I don't know Latin well at all but it looks relevent.
