If we're going to have a "Popular Music" thread, then why not? Equal coverage, right?

To begin...

It's close enough!  But we'll go ahead and get another thread going for liturgical/sacred music. :)
I wear it for a memorable honor,
For I am Welsh, you know, good countryman.

For anyone interested in classical music (or as Professor Greenberg prefers to call it, concert music), I highly recommend the Great Courses selections by Robert Greenberg. I have been borrowing them from the library on and off for a couple of years and listen to them in the car. At the moment I'm listening to https://www.thegreatcourses.com/courses/great-masters-liszt-his-life-and-music.html

Mother of God, pray for us sinners.

The classical station in NYC is playing a Beethoven Marathon today of all 9 symphonies, in honor of the NYC Marathon. The 9th is on right now. Great for a Sunday afternoon.
Mother of God, pray for us sinners.
